If you’ve noticed city of Richland trucks in north Richland, they may be part of the crew working to update power lines, poles and other parts of the electrical system.
According to workers some of the equipment that transmits power to these older sections of Richland go back to 1960. Gradually they are being replaced. In some cases two poles may be in place until the right equipment becomes available to remove the old one. Trucks are now on Davison Avenue
