The Richland City Council will have a joint meeting with the Port of Benton Commissioners at 4 pm at the Port of Benton office at 3250 Port of Benton Blvd. in north Richland.
The workshop topics will be nuclear energy and north Richland development. The port will provide a Zoom link at 7:30 am according to their website. That is generally one hour before the Port of Benton Commissioners usually meet, so interested residents may have to check in again closer to the meeting time at 4 pm.
The Observer hopes that no one shows up at 6 pm at the locked doors of RIchland City Hall.
