The Observer has written about Fortify several times in the past two years, most recently about one of Fortify’s Pasco projects, The Alegre, that began renting in June. That project features eye-catching murals on the outside walls.

Fortify has four other projects in the Tri-Cities including The Franklin at 1515 George Washington Way in Richland which has about 200 units and began renting earlier this year. The company is nearing completion on a project on Jadwin Ave. in downtown Richland as well as another project near Columbia Mall in Kennewick. Fortify also owns a hotel on Lewis Street in Pasco.
